We had a last minute need for them to service our systems and they were able to fit us in, and they did not make it a "rush job" or make us feel like we were imposing on their schedule. If they have to return your call, they make sure to call you back the same day. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze, and they can have someone come out within a day or two. My technician is prompt, courteous, and detailed. I like to ask a lot of questions and he does not seem to mind answering each one. I can tell he takes great pride in his work and wants to be sure you are a satisfied customer. I have recommended Higdon to friends and I will continue to give them praise.
